Blizzard of December 2006. Colorado Springs received 2 feet of snow while Denver received 4. City shut down for 1.5 days. Interstate closed between Colorado Springs & Denver. Airports closed. Drifts were as high a 6 feet around the house. We’ve seen much worse but this was fun… Thankfully we had everything we needed in the house, and all our Christmas shopping complete!

Below is a little glimpse of the shoveling we had to do with Ally helping. We had a 4 foot drift in the center of the driveway. It took almost 3 hours to clear. Nice workout…
